1. The top-up product you purchased does not get credited to your account.
2. The product you purchased is considered illegal by the relevant game.

• Provide evidence or a screenshot if your account is flagged for illegal top-ups from Joytify.

• The compensation amount for each valid claim is equal to 100% of the product purchase price.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the claim submission date.
