Terms & Conditions – Top Spender Challenge

1. General

The Top Spender Challenge (“Program”) is organized by PT Global Digital Indokreasi (Lapakgaming) (“Organizer”). By participating in this Program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Lapakgaming reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.

2. Program Period

The Program runs from August 25, 2025 (00:00 GMT+7) – September 30, 2025 (00:00 GMT+7).

3. Eligible Transactions

Valid transactions include purchases of Bigo Live Diamonds and Poppo Live Coins through Lapakgaming during the Program period. Only completed and successful payments are counted. Cancelled, refunded, or invalid transactions will not be eligible.

4. Participant Eligibility

• Open to all individual customers of Lapakgaming with a valid account.
• Not valid for employees of Lapakgaming, related agencies, or their immediate family members.

5. Winner Determination

• Winners will be determined based on the highest accumulated spending during the Program Period.
• Lapakgaming’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. Prizes

• Details of prizes will be announced officially by Lapakgaming.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

7. Official Winner Announcement

• The official announcement of the Top Spender Program winners will only be made through Lapakgaming’s official website or Social Media.
• Lapakgaming is not responsible for any winner announcements made outside its official channels.
• Winner announcements will be made on October 15, 2025, or on another date determined by Lapakgaming.
• All prizes will be delivered to the account registered by each winner.
• Winners must ensure the provided account details are complete and accurate.
• If the prize is not received within 14 business days from the confirmed delivery date, the winner must report it to Lapakgaming. If no report is made within this period, the prize will be deemed received, and the winner releases Lapakgaming from any responsibility related to redelivery or compensation.
• If Lapakgaming finds any violations or suspects unusual activities on a customer’s Lapakgaming account, Lapakgaming reserves the right to disqualify or suspend the customer’s account.
• Fraudulent actions in this Program may result in the customer being banned from participating in similar programs on Lapakgaming in the future.

8. Leaderboard

• The leaderboard will be updated daily at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) starting from August 26, 2025.
• Customers can check the leaderboard list through [Official Leaderboard Link].
• By participating, customers agree to allow Lapakgaming to use customer data for daily leaderboard announcements.

9. Privacy Policy

Participants’ personal data will only be used for Program purposes and handled according to applicable regulations.

10. Other Provisions

• Lapakgaming reserves the right to cancel a winner’s eligibility if violations of these Terms & Conditions are found.
• Lapakgaming shall not be held liable for technical errors, system disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control that affect the Program.
