Referred to as “Cipher the Fleet-Footed”, she’s a living shadow, slipping through time’s fingers with tricks up every sleeve.

Cipher Honkai Star Rail Banner Version 3.3 Release Date
Time to prepare, because Cipher’s banner, “Slick and Speedy Steals the Sky,” is coming in Phase 2 of Honkai Star Rail Version 3.3.
