For gamers seeking information about the game Wuthering Waves, there’s some leaked information you should know. Wuthering Waves is one of the upcoming RPG games eagerly awaited by adventure and action game enthusiasts.

Developed by Kuro Games, the game was introduced at the Taipei International Game Show on January 25-28, 2024. During the event, Kuro Games showcased the latest trailer, gameplay, character designs, and announced the Closed Beta Test 2.

Wuthering Waves Release Date

Wuthering Waves releases in 2024. Previously, Kuro Games has not officially confirmed the release date of the game. Rumors suggest that the developer plans to release the game in the second half of 2024, between October and December.

But now Kuro has shed some light on the release date. Wuthering Waves will be available to play on May 22, 2024 when it releases simultaneously on multiple platforms; Android, iOS, Windows, Microsoft, and also Epic Games Store. This game will also be available on PS4 and PS5.

Wuthering Waves Gameplay

Wuthering Waves is an Open-World Action RPG featuring an intriguing story and stunning anime-style graphics. Players will experience adventures in a vast fantasy world, a unique combat system, and exciting elements.

Previously, Kuro Games achieved success with games like Punishing: Grey Raven and Aether Gazer. Released in 2019, Punishing: Grey Raven gained popularity among Asian gamers, especially in China. Hence, there’s confidence in the quality of this RPG.

In addition to its captivating story, Wuthering Waves includes mini-games, rewarding missions, exploration of the fantasy world, and a gacha system to claim characters.

Kuro Games released the second Closed Beta of Wuthering Waves on February 19, 2024, for PC, Android, and iOS devices. This means that you can no longer register for the CBT to experience it.

For console enthusiasts, here’s good news. Kuro Games has confirmed that Wuthering Waves will be available on both PS4 and PS5. Additionally, this open-world RPG game will of course be accessible on Android, iOS, and PC.

According to Sportskeeda, during a streaming event titled “Unreal Fest,” Kuro Games mentioned that the graphics settings on PS5 would match the maximum settings on PC. Meanwhile, the graphics on PS4 will be slightly higher than the maximum settings on the Mobile version.

While there’s no official information about the full version’s device system requirements, Kuro Games has provided specifications for CBT 2. It can be estimated that the full version will have similar device system requirements.
